Improving the information that we have about your property will help us with future valuations. For instance, if you have recently completed some work on your property that didn’t require a building consent – such as a deck, landscaping, or a new kitchen – then it won’t be reflected in your valuation unless you let us know about it.

Property owners can check the information held about their property by Quotable Value and submit changes online relating to that property here. Simply start typing the property address or your valuation reference, choose your property and click ‘Next’.

When updating the details of your property, we recommend you provide evidence, such as photos or supporting documents. You will also need to provide contact details so that the request can be verified.
